Post-purchase campaigns allow you to present special offers or surveys to customers after they complete the order process. Campaigns are shown to customers as a pop-up on the order confirmation page.


If you have multiple campaigns running simultaneously, the campaign that a customer will see is determined by the targeting filters you set. If a customer meets the targeting criteria for multiple campaigns, one will be chosen at random. A campaign will never be shown to the same customer twice.





Offers


Present offers to customers immediately after they place an order. Offers can be linked to any discount you create and customers will receive their discount code via SMS to use on their next order. Customers can redeem offers by entering the discount code on the cart page. See our Discounts article for more information.

Surveys


Gain valuable feedback from customers. There are a range of different survey types you can create such as a star rating, NPS or multi-select question.

Campaign results


You can view the results of your campaigns from the Offer stats and Survey stats tabs on the Post-purchase campaigns page. On the offer stats page, you can see how many customers saw your offer, how many opted in and how many redeemed your offer via coupon code. On the Survey stats tab, you can see the results of the survey, how many people saw your survey and how many people responded.
