Pass on payment processing fees to customers


You can choose to pass on a payment processing fee to your customers. This will be added to the total order value of each bill and displayed to the customer.



  1. Go to the Surcharges page within venue settings
  2. Select Yes to “Add an additional payment processing fee…” 
  3. Enter the % amount you would like to pass on to your customers
  4. Click Save changes.



Create a public holiday surcharge


You can set up specific surcharge rates for public holidays for full days, or just a selected timeframe on any chosen day.



  1. Go to the Surcharges page within venue settings.
  2. In the Public holiday surcharge section, click Add date
  3. Unselect All day if your surcharge only applies to part of the day
  4. Enter your surcharge amount
  5. Click Save.
