Pass on payment processing fees to customers
You can choose to pass on a payment processing fee to your customers. This will be added to the total order value of each bill and displayed to the customer.
- Go to the Surcharges page within venue settings
- Select Yes to “Add an additional payment processing fee…”
- Enter the % amount you would like to pass on to your customers
- Click Save changes.
Create a public holiday surcharge
You can set up specific surcharge rates for public holidays for full days, or just a selected timeframe on any chosen day.
- Go to the Surcharges page within venue settings.
- In the Public holiday surcharge section, click Add date
- Unselect All day if your surcharge only applies to part of the day
- Enter your surcharge amount
- Click Save.
