Add a pop-up message


Display a message to customers when they first reach your menu. This could include daily specials or an allergen statement. You can add a pop-up message for any service option.



  1. On any service option page, scroll down to the Custom messages section. Toggle on Pop-up message.
  2. Type your message in the textbox
  3. Click Save changes.


Add a message to the confirmation page/email


Messages on the order confirmation page and email are particularly useful for when you need to provide instructions to your customers about where to pick up their order. You can add a pop-up message for any service option.



  1. On any service option page, scroll down to the Custom messages section. Toggle on Confirmation page/email
  2. Type your message in the textbox
  3. Click Save changes.
