Refunds can be issued from the Orders page by staff members who have been provided a Refunder Pin. This Refunder Pin can be assigned to specific staff members in the User Accounts section of MondoMenu and will need to be provided whenever a refund is processed.

Processing a refund
All past orders are displayed in your order history screen. From there, you will have the ability to review specific orders and refund a custom amount. The custom amount can never be more than the total value of the order. You will also have the ability to provide a reason for the refund. This will only be visible on the order history screen and will not be displayed to the customer.
- Go to the Order history tab on the orders page
- Find the order you would like to refund
- Click the more actions button (three dots)
- Select Refund
- Enter the custom $ amount you would like to refund
- Enter your refunder pin
- Provide a reason for refunding (Optional)
- Click Send refund
