Refunds can be issued from the Orders page by staff members who have been provided a Refunder Pin. This Refunder Pin can be assigned to specific staff members in the User Accounts section of MondoMenu and will need to be provided whenever a refund is processed.

Processing a refund


All past orders are displayed in your order history screen. From there, you will have the ability to review specific orders and refund a custom amount. The custom amount can never be more than the total value of the order. You will also have the ability to provide a reason for the refund. This will only be visible on the order history screen and will not be displayed to the customer. 



  1. Go to the Order history tab on the orders page
  2. Find the order you would like to refund
  3. Click the more actions button (three dots)
  4. Select Refund
  5. Enter the custom $ amount you would like to refund
  6. Enter your refunder pin
  7. Provide a reason for refunding (Optional)
  8. Click Send refund
