On the product list page or category pages, you can add a stock quantity to help you keep track of what you have left. When you add a stock count to a product, the count will reduce when customers order it from your menu. When the count reaches 0 it will automatically be marked as unavailable.



Add a stock count



  1. Go to the product list tab, or select a category from the categories tab
  2. Click Stock count
  3. Enter your quantities in the count boxes
  4. Click Save




Set a daily stock refresh


You can also choose to set a daily stock refresh. This will automatically reset your stock levels to a predetermined amount at the start of each day. 




  1. Go to a product set-up page
  2. Set a stock count for that product if you haven't already
  3. Toggle on Set a daily stock refresh
  4. Set a quantity for the daily refresh amount.
  5. Click Save

We make it easy for you to keep track of out of stock products with a daily report sent to your inbox.

To receive summary updates, go to the Notifications page within Venue settings and select YES to receiving a summary report.
