Order History


Order history is where you can find all previously placed orders. You won't often need to go to the order history, unless you need to refund or review an old order.






Refunds


Refunds can be issued from the Order history page by staff members who have been provided a Refunder Pin. This Refunder Pin can be assigned to specific staff members in the User Accounts section of MondoMenu and will need to be provided whenever a refund is processed.

Processing a refund


From Order history you can refund a custom amount. The custom amount can never be more than the total value of the order. You will also have the ability to provide a reason for the refund. This will only be visible on the order history screen and will not be displayed to the customer. 




  1. Go to the Order history tab on the orders page
  2. Find the order you would like to refund
  3. Click the more actions button (three dots)
  4. Select Refund
  5. Enter the custom $ amount you would like to refund
  6. Enter your refunder pin
  7. Provide a reason for refunding (Optional)
  8. Click Send refund
