This is where you will find a complete list of all the products you have created.
Creating a new product
To create a new product, click the Create product button on the Product list tab.
You will need to provide the following information when setting up a new product:
Product image
Must be a JPEG or PNG with the dimensions of 600px wide and 600px high.
Categories you would like to add the product to
Products must be added to a category for them to appear on your menu. You might want a product to only appear as a recommendation or as part of a combo product. For more information, see our article on Recommendations or Combo products.
Hide product & Not available for delivery/pick-up
You may need to temporarily hide a product on your menu. Toggle on Hide product to do this.
If the product is not available for delivery or pick-up orders, you will need to toggle this on to remove it from your delivery and/ore pick-up menu.
Product type
This will help with filtering orders on the live orders screen and will determine which printer the order is sent to.
Product name & short name
The product name will appear on your menu to customers. The short name will appear on the live orders screen and dockets.
Product description
Give customers a clear description of the product.
Price & multiple sizes
If the product is only available in a singe size, simply add the price in the field provided.
If your product is offered in multiple sizes, toggle this on. Click the Add size button to create your sizes. You will need to set a default size (this size is pre-selected for customers).
Dietary tags
Add tags to your product to help customers who have special dietary requirements. The Alcohol tag will require customers to confirm their age before ordering these products.
Availability time
This is the time the product will be available on your menu. The default is set to Same as category. You can create a custom availability time for products if you like.
